The desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional. I did not enjoy my stay there. I will not book a room there again. ( At least the bathroom was clean and had fresh towels)

it was just bad. I called advising I was gong to be late and need to change room accommodations and talking to the the day clerk Rosita it was taking care of however we arrived late and the night clerk advised that he cancelled our reservation. The conversation became heated.
